My journey with Alliance International Recruitment and Placement Services marvelled like a road I thought I’d never cross. I started as a novice nurse, afraid but eager to grab that opportunity towards the fulfilment of my dream. From the night  I got a call from the Operations Manager asking me to report to their employer’s interview, complete my requirements until the day when I finally got our decision letters, COS and working visas along with my other colleagues… Everything that I thought was far from reach, came into life, making me feel like passing the local boards again after the long wait.

This UK dream was indeed a tough one but definitely worth every effort. Alliance has been very supportive and assistive in every step, encouraging each of us to pursue and never give up. “Try and try until you succeed” was an apparent cliché but when things didn’t go as wanted and tried to pull our hopes down, we were relentlessly reminded by their staff to try again and cope up. Constant calls and emails kept coming and through this A+ team effort and endless considerations from Alliance, we have finally reached our sought-after aspiration. As we started another chapter on this farther side of the globe, Alliance’s support were unceasing, in fact, their UK staff provided immediate assistance on our first few weeks.

Now, we are employed by one of the biggest Trusts in the country but the journey doesn’t end here. Hopefully we could all get through the final exam, the OSCE, and share this sweet success of being UK registered nurses with Alliance, from whom we owe this life-changing opportunity.
